Our journey begins with a dollop of self-honesty and recognising what your current life both looks and feels like. We take a snap-shot of the present state of your health, relationships, career, finances and sense of self.

MODULE 2 HOW DO YOU SABOTAGE YOUR POWER?

We learn about the four addictions and which are causing you to stay stuck in drama, procrastination, perfectionism and habitual patterns that limit your ability to manifest the abundant life that you want.

MODULE 3 THE STORY YOU PLAY ON REPEAT

As much as we want change, we identify with the afraid, wounded and limited person we once were or had to become. If we want new and powerful experiences and relationships, we need to release our attachment to our old personas.

MODULE 4 WHO IS PAINTING YOUR PICTURE?

We move onto transforming our base belief systems on a cellular level as we consciously begin to shift old fears that are keeping your thoughts and actions locked into a limited version of yourself.

MODULE 5 THE MONSTERS IN THE DARK

We all have insecurities about ourselves, ways in which we protect our vulnerability, but until we can graciously surrender ourselves into true vulnerability, our experience of life will always be stunted. In this module we lovingly welcome in and accept our perceived insecurities.

MODULE 6 SHINE WITHOUT SHAME

Shame is a big part of our lives and when we allow it to live within us we are diluting our strength and courage. This is a big step in healing and self-development and together, we will indeed, shine without shame.

MODULE 7 PUTTING THE PAST TO REST

We now take our journey outwards and look to where we need to invite forgiveness into our lives, so that we can live with an open heart and experience authentic gratitude. We begin the process of welcoming abundance into our lives by clearing space for it to enter.

MODULE 8 BUILDING YOUR SUPERPOWERS

All the skills and processes you have done till now come together as we build mental and emotional resilience through heart-brain coherence. We work with the emotional body to bring our nervous system back to a state of calm so you can meet all the challenges in your life with wisdom, trust and calmness.

MODULE 9 THE OPPORTUNITIES OF NO

Boundaries are a vital part of your wellbeing, as you have moved through these modules and dedicated the time and work towards yourself, it is now time to consciously decide who and what you want in your life. We look at the inner transformation we must undergo to learn how to set and enforce our boundaries, as well as practical skills to make them a reality.

MODULE 10 TRAILBLAZING!

It may be the end of this course, but it is the beginning of your journey. We look at goal setting and help you to visualise and plan for the materialisation of your dreams. You continue to refer back to this step as you take steady and brave steps towards your goals.
