We waste so much energy trying to find love, in others, in escape, in pursuits and even in addictive behaviour. But we will never experience love outside of ourselves, until we first embody it within. In this group you will learn simple, yet very powerful skills to help you heal your wounds, practice forgiveness, be comfortable with vulnerability, and open your heart to your own beauty.

We begin with the courage to look within and identify how we self-sabotage ourselves. This is an important step as self-destructive behaviours are the clues we need to follow if we are to clearly witness and accept our wounds. It is these buried traumas that are blocking love, trust and honesty from flowing through you.
We then move onto the practical ways in which to heal the holes in your heart. Journeying to the past, you will learn how to feel and integrate your buried emotions so they can be transformed into sources of wisdom and strength. This process is known as 'inner child work' and is integral to becoming the whole person that you wish to be.
Week 3 will focus on setting boundaries in your life. We will establish your 'non-negotiable's list' and conduct a thorough spring-clean of your habits, relationships and environment. Learning to be incorruptible to yourself is the truest form of self-love; the ability to firmly, and lovingly, walk away from that which harms you and keeps you stuck.
We will bring the previous 3 weeks together into a week of gratitude and acknowledgement, and look at how you can continue to grow the harmony between your inner heart and outer reality. I will help you design a plan that supports your continued self development and that supports your feelings of trust and peace.
4 Hours of live coaching with me over Zoom (1 x hour a week) together with your other group members. If you miss your live session you will be able to download the recorded session from the resource section and watch at a later time.
