YOUR 4 WEEK PROGRAM
WEEK 1. YOUR THOUGHTS & FEELINGS ARE MAGNETIC
In the first week we will work with the attraction between our thoughts and feelings, and learn how to process our feelings so that your new, empowering and positive thoughts have fertile ground to grow. This will be an action-packed week where you will begin to see the power of the super-computer that is your mind.
WEEK 2. UNDERSTANDING FEAR
The physiology of fear is a fundamental step towards freeing yourself from limiting beliefs and behaviours. As we continue to peel back the layers of our minds, we will again process old fears and give our bodies and minds the opportunity to approach life from a fresh perspective, rather from old fears that are affecting your decisions and actions.
WEEK 3. IDENTIFYING YOUR BELIEFS
It is now time to dig into the core programming of your life, the character that you have been unwillingly playing out all these years. You will learn how to not only identify your beliefs, but how to permanently transform them so they can support your desire for a successful, powerful and love-filled life.
WEEK 4. OWNING YOUR MIND POWER
In the final week we will create a road map of your new mind, one that you are in charge of. We will look at simple yet practical tools for you to take forward and continue developing. With this plan you will be empowered to create the life that you want.
4 Hours of recorded coaching with me (1 x hour a week). You can access your videos via desktop or mobile and watch at your convenience, but be sure to watch them in time to prepare you for the week’s transformational actions.
Permanent behavioral change through action-based learning. This method is one of the most effective ways to retain knowledge, learn new skills and form new habits.
Step-by-step action steps available each week to keep you progressing towards your goal and integrating your new learning.
Online community with the 360 Group members to bounce ideas, offer support and stay motivated, all within a closed and private platform. You can even choose to mentor participants joining the program after you have completed yours.
