Fighting your fridge, feeling lethargic and weak and hating your wardrobe will soon be a distant memory. Unhealthy body's effect our self-esteem, our quality of life and our mindset, yet transforming our dietary and exercise regimes seems an insurmountable goal, one left for super models and professional athletes. But that attitude will also be a distant memory as I walk with you towards true health and fitness, both inside and out.
It takes time, dedication and self-love to nourish ourselves properly, in the first week we will examine any blocks you may have that are restricting you from embracing the healthiest version of you! We will also look at belief systems that are influencing your choices towards food and exercise and start the process of implementing a morning-power-routine.
Week 2 will see us identifying the items in your diet and routine that are negatively impacting your health, and substitute them with healthier versions. We will also take the awareness to outside influencers like family and friends, and implement systems that will keep you focused on your goal, not only for this one-month period, but throughout your life (otherwise known as life balance).
80% of our health stems from what we put into our bodies, the rest is pure movement. In week 3 we will debunk many of the training myths out there and create a sustainable exercise routine that you love and can afford, as well as keeping you motivated and excited to participate in.
The fourth week you will cement your new routine, looking at any remaining 'dragons' that are trying to sabotage you. We will also map out the next 3 months into a tangible goal that ensures your new eating and training regime are firmly part of your new reality. The end of this 4 week program will have you healthier, stronger and motivated to move more fully into your life.
4 Hours of recorded coaching with me (1 x hour a week). You can access your videos via desktop or mobile and watch at your convenience, but be sure to watch them in time to prepare you for the week’s transformational actions.
