We are going to dive right into all your emotional turmoil; regret, bitterness, anger and sadness, and truly separate from your past relationship. We will also work with fear that you may be holding onto; fear about the future, the loss you have experienced and the daily fears that seem so much bigger since the break-up. This is the first step towards true independence and the building block for a stronger, wiser and more empowered you.
This week will be about accepting and acknowledging the learning and experience that you gained during your relationship. We may not be able to change the facts, but we can shift our perspectives. When we learn how to open to gratitude, we can expedite our healing and move on easier with open hearts. We will continue to integrate the previous week's lessons on what true independence looks like for you.
Relationships that last for a few years slowly erode our uniqueness; me is replaced with we and somehow we land up sacrificing our personal goals, hobbies, friendships and talents. In week 3 you will reconnect to all the beautiful parts of you that have lain dormant. It is these gems inside of you that need to be given time and energy again, and what will solidify your new boundaries and desires, laying a firm foundation for your future relationships.
It is now time to build new support structures for yourself. This is empowerment in its truest form - the ability and willingness to take responsibility for your own life, to consciously place people and experiences within your space that inspire you and serve the highest version of yourself. Together, we will create a road map of your next chapter, looking at practical and emotional support, creative outlets and coping mechanisms.
